Artist Statement
Watching my child’s imagination take shape and seeing how the simplest of tasks can evolve into a grand adventure became the driving force behind this project. Many twists and turns and failed attempts finally led me to the place I had been trying to find all along. Through multi-layered composites and post-processing experimentation, I was able to create a glimpse of what life may look like through the eyes of a child.
Biography
Two years ago Heather decided to step back from the daily grind of life and focus on family life. She began learning the fundamentals of photography and turned a long time passion into a portrait based photography business. Heather believes that education and personal growth is essential and that you should never stop pushing the limits of your skills and creativity.
