We Successfully Launched
A Hanger Into The Future
When Justin Kershaw came to us with the second prototype of his new invention, The Hanga, a luxurious and futuristic clothing hanger, we all knew UA Creative would be a great fit for the product's branding.
This campaign focused creating a strong marketing asset library as a media platform for an emerging luxury hanger product. The styling of the photographs and videos needed to be clean, creative, and storytelling – without coming across as too corporate for the Kickstarter crowdfunding community. The sleek and sexy design of The Hanga, ease of use, improved features, and environmentally responsible build all needed to be prominently featured in this campaign.
The biggest challenge was the relatively short timeline when compared to the large number of photography & video assets that needed to be conceptualized and created for the Kickstarter campaign. Preproduction, scripting, and model/actor casting started immediately as we waited to receive final prototypes for the e-commerce photographs.

We were immersed in our client’s vision and collaborated weekly to understand how the product functioned, what problems it solved, and who the target audience is. Success is achieved when the preproduction supports the concepts that help us become a part of the brand we represent.
The product launch raised
over $25,000 through Kickstarter,
generating direct sales.
The visually compelling photographs & videos were essential to the success of The Hanga product launch. We created over 30 marketing assets for use on the crowdfunding page, social media, press releases, print material, and the website.
